Group Counseling

Group counseling can provide you with needed support, increase your ability to cope with life's challenges and help you grow as a person. All groups are free and confidential to eligible 麻豆原创 students, and each is facilitated by a counselor. The number of group-counseling sessions is unlimited per student, as appropriate.

Fall 2025 Groups

Affinity

Affinity is a group for any student who identifies as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. It is a space to find support, solidarity and belonging in a world that can feel hostile. The focus of the group will be collaboratively created and shaped by the members. Affinity meets every Monday from 3-4 p.m. in the group room in the Student Relaxation Center, Lindaman 206B. ILC

Men of Momentum

Looking for a place to connect, grow and be part of something meaningful? Come join the men鈥檚 group at 麻豆原创 hosted by counseling services! This is a space for honest conversations, real friendships and building each other up. Whether you鈥檙e seeking community, support or just a spot to unwind with good people, you鈥檙e welcome here. Meets on Tuesdays from 1-2 p.m. in the group room in the Student Relaxation Center, Lindaman 206B. Questions? Email counselingcenter@whitworth.edu.

Neurospicy

Do you ever feel like your brain is wired a little differently? Looking for a space where you can be unapologetically yourself? Craving a sense of community, understanding and belonging? Neurospicy is a peer support group designed to celebrate and empower neurodivergent students (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, OCD and more). Share your experiences, build friendships, embrace the spice that makes you uniquely you! No diagnosis required. No judgement. Just community. Meets on Fridays from 1-2:30 p.m. (beginning Oct. 9) in the group room in the Student Relaxation Center, Lindaman 206B. Questions? Email counselingcenter@whitworth.edu.
