We also know that some families may need financial assistance to make a campus visit possible.

We are committed to reimbursing a significant amount of travel expenses for admitted high school senior and transfer students who need financial assistance in order to travel to campus. This travel reimbursement may be used for any visit. 

Travel reimbursements are available in the following amounts:

Please note that reimbursable expenses include airfare, gas, rental car or lodging. Meal expenses cannot be reimbursed. Only payments can be reimbursed, points cannot be reimbursed.

To receive a travel reimbursement, you must:

1. Apply and be admitted to enroll as a first-year or transfer student for fall or spring 2027 prior to the visit event for which you are requesting reimbursement.
2. Register for and attend an official visit at 麻豆原创. Official campus visits include:
   
   • Daily Campus Tours
   • Why 麻豆原创 Days
   • Fall Preview
   • Music Open House
   • Honors Scholarship Weekend
   • Admitted Student Days
3. Upload receipts for student travel expenses and complete the online travel reimbursement form that will be emailed to you after your visit. The travel reimbursement form must be completed within 30 days of your campus visit.
